Holly Ann Knott, Q.C.
Holly Ann has over 35 years of legal experience. She works proactively with her clients assisting them with wills, estate planning and estate administration (including probate), real estate transactions, adoptions, same sex and common law co-habitation agreements, divorce and other family law issues.
Holly Ann is a collaboratively trained lawyer who seeks solutions for her clients that are as efficient, stress free and cost effective as possible. She will work with you to keep you out of court, if possible.
Early in her career, she developed and established the Unified Family Court in Saskatoon (precursor to the current Family Law Division).
At numerous public and professional forums, Holly Ann has presented on legal matters relating to seniors, children, custody, & support, wills, estates, probate, mental health, divorce and family property division.
Holly Ann is a leader in her profession and community. She has chaired the Family Law & Alternative Dispute Resolution north section of the Canadian Bar Association for Saskatchewan. She served for many years as a trustee of the Mendel Art Gallery and as the Chair from 1999 to 2003. She has also served in the Senate of the University of Saskatchewan and on the Executive of the Saskatoon Women’s Network.
Connie den Hollander
With over 25 years as a lawyer in Saskatoon, Connie is a skilled and practical advisor, supporting clients to navigate legal matters with ease in Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Real Estate and Small Business matters. She is passionate in her desire to assist clients to resolve conflict in a respectful and cost effective manner. She knows it is important to her clients to have a strong advocacy and good advice to ensure their needs are met in fair settlements.

Alana Wakula
Alana is a collaboratively certified practitioner with a focus on the human side of the law. To this end, she excels at helping her clients understand their legal rights and responsibilities and providing guidance to her clients on how to find real life solutions to their legal challenges. Practicing in the areas of family law, wills and estates, and residential real estate, Alana is an experienced and compassionate lawyer who works hard to empower her clients so that they can make informed decisions and participate in their legal processes in a meaningful way.
Originally from Calgary where she obtained a degree in political science from the University of Calgary, Alana came to Saskatoon as a single mother to study law, earning her LLB from the University of Saskatchewan in 2009. Following a year of articles in Swift Current with Legal Aid Saskatchewan, Alana joined the Saskatchewan bar in 2010 and began practicing law in Saskatoon where she has made her new home.
Alana is committed to her community and has given back through volunteer work with various local organizations including providing legal advice at CLASSIC and pro bono clinics and serving on the board of directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Saskatoon.
Andrea Charlie
Andrea has over 20 years of legal experience and takes pride in helping her clients achieve practical and cost-effective outcomes and solutions to their legal issues. She has experience dealing with a wide variety of legal matters including contract and construction disputes, access to information and privacy matters, negligence and property damage actions, and labour and employment disputes. She is a skilled negotiator with significant experience providing advocacy in mediation matters. Andrea has appeared as legal counsel at Provincial Court, Court of King’s Bench, and at various administrative and regulatory Tribunals. She is on the Council of the Canadian Bar Association – Saskatchewan Branch representing Saskatoon.
Andrea began her practice in Ontario and relocated to Saskatchewan in 2012 to raise her two boys. She was born in Moose Jaw but has lived in four different Provinces in Canada. She is passionate about promoting diversity and treating everyone with dignity and respect. Recently, she welcomed a Ukrainian refugee family into her home to assist them in starting their life in Canada.
Understanding the value of building and maintaining relationships, Andrea is working towards certification in collaborative law. She enjoys a challenge and believes in the value of life-long learning both in her professional and personal life. For example, she has training in culinary arts, gardening/horticulture, pottery, and sailing.
